Not that I would ever be able to figure this out otb ... Here's how I would go about it off the board though

1)Estimate EPCs using Axel Reichert's method:
http://www.bkgm.com/articles/Reichert/insights-with-isight.pdf (page 28)
They are 40 for the player on roll 50 for the opponent.

2.Use EPC graphs which for EPC 50 Vs 40 gives GWC about 94%.

3.Use my reference Doubling points program which AtS gives a DP of about 89.16% and a Cash Point of about 91.78%

From all the above it's a RD/P
