I believe that all abt tournaments now either require clocks in the ooen or clock preference—meaning there is a clock if either player wants one. I believe clocks are required in doubles.

I belive that in intermediate its all over the place—depends on the TD.

I would lie to see clock required in intermediate and for the first years or two just give them more time delay to get used to it.
