I think you should send all your tournaments matches but not Bmab or online. If your opponents are not happy they can send some their matches as well so we can have more matches available. We all know bgstudio is a database and not a PR ranking list, I hope it will become something like Chessbase 20 years ago. I like to watch some of the last matches from my next opponents if I can, I don't care much of the average PR. If someone does a heavy cherry picking people can notice it comparing with Bmab or Ebif.
