Advance matches typically take more games. I suspect the average game is also longer (in terms of number of moves), but I have not tried to verify that. I think the root cause is less efficient cube play.

If both divisions used the same match length and time controls, I expect scheduling would not be a big problem, but the Advanced would run somewhat longer.
