7777! Submit permissions

I'm obviously for submitting everything but in some cases I guess it is better to ask first.

The cases where I don't think there is any need to ask is that if it was a match between two tournament players that already have several matches in the database. Especially if this was an international or big national tournament even if it was privately recorded.

Matches played against lower ranked players (intermediate-) or local club matches with not much at stake sounds reasonable to ask.

Personally I would love to include all matches as errors made between Mochy and Michy or other giants might just be too difficult for the rest of us to understand while errors made between players at a lower level are more surmountable by the rest of us. I did create an advanced/ intermediate/ beginner database and I think I transcribed a few matches that ended up there but it is difficult to maintain multiple databases and the availability of matches that fits these databases is low. And I think for users of the server it is perhaps best to have everything in one big database.

It would be interesting to hear what others think about this.
