My initial reaction to this is "of course double, and at the score of course pass, though it might be a take for money or at more typical even scores due to blue's terrible structure (though white is also ugly)"
Quiz factor plus title leads me to wonder if this could actually be too good ATS, due to high gammon potential, a gammon getting blue to crawford, and a lot of bad sequences for blue still leading to a pass because of that.
that would indeed be a WTFy result by my initial instincts, but there seems to be a pretty reasonable argument for the possibility.
Assuming I'm right here, I would never spot this hold over the board -- the cube would be in danger of cracking, I'm throwing it down so hard in this position as blue.
