Many Bea-Off formulas screwed up the position like this so I will go my feeling.

Anytime you roll a 6 you waste a pip here. How often do you roll a 6 before you come to the normal distribution? (I mean, any position can end up wasting a pip if you keep rolling a 6) I don't know, I think it is like 2-3. Let's go with 2.

The gap on 4 is horrible. You never fill it up and you already have a checker on a 1p, so I would like to give a penalty at least 1 pip, maybe 2.

I also know 1,3,5 position is horrible because nothing will fix the position. If you roll 1,3,5 you bear-off. If you roll 2,4,6 you keep the same shit.

Since you already have 4 extra pip and may be more, so I wouldn't even double here. Take is must.
