Bear-Off cube decision

Hello there. This is my first post after starting to play this great game last year. I've not seen the Keith Count mentioned in this thread as a way to help make the decision. Is this because the Keith count is not right for this position and in that case are there better counts for different positions?

I.E Trice, EPC, Isight each have their merits?
