Short race GWC?

Since game winning chance is asked for, my go-to method would be iSight:

L:16+1+1=18 T:19+2=21

gwc=(80-L/3+2*(L-T))=80% here.

This leads to the conclusion redouble/pass.

The question, as always, is whether the method is reliable in this case. As others have pointed out, this looks like a somewhat better version of a 4-roll position. So something better than 75% at least. If 80% is overshooting it? Maybe. IŽd redouble/pass based on this.
