One of those 2-34 positions. Taking off 3 checkers is much worse on 2/36 but slightly better on the other 34 numbers. I didn't think the gain on those 34 exceeded the loss from the 2 extra hits, so I minimized shots with 6/1(2) 5/off(2). White's 3s and 1s would miss in the bearoff so safety seemed correct to me OTB. The RO however shows that taking the extra checker off is slightly better.
