EPC?

Blue would waste 9.5 pips in ref position 222333. Here, his 6pt spare was stacked on the 5, which is probably about +0.5 eff pip. The 3 was degraded, but that shouldn't change the EPC as there are still checkers on the 6pt to fill the potential gap. Any checker more than 2 on the deuce adds +1 eff pip. So we have 9.5 + 0.5 + 1 = 11 pips wastage for an EPC of about 66.

White's rolls+straggler position is 3.5 x 15 + 16 = 68.5 EPC, plus certainly a bit more than 1 for his bad homeboard distribution, say 1.5. That's 70 EPC.

From that, it looks to me like D/T.
