No It is not correct.

In the remaining 62,5% of this time…

1/3 of the attempts will pick the unpaired H and there will be no chance of picking another H.

In the other 2/3.. half the time the other T will be chosen.. So it is 1/3 of then 62.5 or 20.75% for a total. Of 58.25%..

No if after picking one.. you are allowed to say.. “It is the other two”.. then those chances should increase by another 20.75%. Since every time H is chosen .. the other two hold the pair of Ts.
