I'd have to say that poker is more frustrating. I won't bother repeating all the well-articulated reasons by the other posters. I think the simple logic says that there is more opportunity to win bigger money at poker, thus, one will necessarily endure bad beats of greater magnitude in poker in the effort to come up with the bigger prize.
