10-12 years ago when I was there some of the Danes made book. As I recall the very top players were in the 40:1 range (with all the top players fairly close between 40:1 and 50:1) and the unknown players at like 150:1.

Funny anecdote. I remember in '06 or '07 Rich Munitz was really doing well in the States (maybe even having won the ABT one year). He went to Monte Carlo and no one knew him. So, he was listed at 150:1. Morten Holm was running the book. A line of players were placing their bets. Jake was in line immediately in front of Malcolm. Each were going to bet on Rich -- Jake for like $10-$20 while Malcolm was going to put $1,000 down at those odds.

Jake I guess wasn't really paying attention, knew Holm, and joked with him as he placed his small bet "do you know who this guy is?" -- and gave him a little background. Jake got his $20 or so at 150:1 but they immediately dropped Rich to 60:1. Malcolm was not a happy camper.
