If we pick'n'pass and White enters, the race looks about 50/50. That alone wouldn't be enough to play Bagai here, but White blots tip the scales for me. After making the 3, the only crushing 6 is a [62]. The rest of them give us at least a 1/3 chance to hit one blot, and some slight chances to pick up another.

7/3* 6/3 for me.
