Frustrating Rolls

I would argue that this is certainly a "direct shot".
Let's use the standard definition listed on bkgm.com:
"A chance to hit a blot six points or less away using a single number from one die."
Is the blot within "six points or less" from the attacking checker? Yes.
Does it take one die to hit the checker? Yes.
The fact that the other die is used to enter two checkers (and that these actions should technically happen first) is entirely irrelevant.
In a similar way, this is a legitimate "direct shot":
White is Player 2
score: 0
pip: 57Unlimited Game
Jacobypip: 132
score: 0
Blue is Player 1XGID=---BBBC---a--E-----b-ccccA:0:0:1:53:0:0:1:0:10 Blue to play 53
eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10
(It's an "indirect shot" with a 55.)
Obviously, the below doesn't qualify as there's no "chance to hit a blot":
White is Player 2
score: 0
pip: 60Unlimited Game
Jacobypip: 132
score: 0
Blue is Player 1XGID=---BBBC---a--E-----bbbbccA:0:0:1:53:0:0:1:0:10 Blue to play 53
eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10
Matt.
