Prices offered and prices received are two completely different things. Books that sold maybe a hundred copies a year at $40...

How many do you believe actually sell at $300? In reality maybe a 5 sell in the 80-100 range.

To give an example in other book fields.. often reseller will not but books for $5 that has the cheapest active offers at $300.. if there are not several dedicated sales near that price point.

$300 books are lottery tickets (if not proven sellers).. a couple out of thousands will sell but which ones due is done to randomness.
