While I can see arguments for both sides, for me personally I'd say it's backgammon. I think the only person who touched on my reasoning was Rockwell. With backgammon I see every last mistake my opponent makes, it's sickening to sit there and watch some ploppy misplay play after play, decision after decision, and come out smelling like roses. In poker at least I don't see every 'misplay' and even technical misplays can be looked at from different angles.
