13/7 9/7 is safe but enters a priming game where we have a big disadvantage.
24/22 13/7 is the right idea but leaves a vulnerable blot on our 9 point.
24/18 9/7 also splits, leaves no blot, but the split to white's bar is dangerous.
I'm not sure what is best but 24/18 9/7 is my choice.
