Closeout or play to pick up extra checker?

It's gammon go, so picking up a second checker would be a good thing. I think I'd just play the closeout at DMP or a "normal" score.

My usual rule of thumb is to play to pickup a second checker only when I already have a full prime (or I'm so far behind that it's desperation time). I'll stick with that here, although gammon go may tip things towards leaving the blot on the ace. Good problem, looking forward to hearing discusion and the rollout.
