B/21* 6/1* for me.

I think Blue is only a slight favourite here at best. White has good timing, flexibility&coverage (from checkers on the 20 and 14pts) and a solid 4-prime already in place. Blue's gap doesn't help either.

I'd try to coop defense against potential backgame with some blitzing prospects as White has many blots and only one anchor right now.

All that add up to B/21*, 6/1* nicely. Second hit creates blitz potential and also cuts down on White's possible ways to make the golden point which would be pretty bad as it would function as a bridge to jump out spares from back and keep Blue's prime broken for several turns.

7/2* breaks the prime which might quickly backfire and also doesn't unstack the heaviest point so in my eyes it's far inferior to the 6/1* hit.

Running escapes a checker which wasn't in danger at the cost of leaving a lot more ways for White to make the golden point bridge. Blue just can't afford to give White that much freedom / opportunity to consolidate.
