I'm not sure what the right play is normally, let alone gammon go. Our opponent is going to be trying not to get gammoned, which may include not hitting us yet even if they can. It seems like we have to hit, there are so few 2s to choose from if we don't. After that, we probably want to balance being able to clear and creating some awkwardness for our opponent, which seems to point towards the 7 point. Low confidence level - 11/9*/7 (2)
