11/9*(2) 6/2 seems like the "obvious" play. But it's GG and white lacks timing for a backgame - unless we hit and give it to her.

11/9*/7 6/2 seems to be a more pure play although it exposes several more shots. And it still has the downside of giving white the additional timing.

White's board is strong enough that I'm not inclined to deliberately expose forced shots to degrade her timing. But I won't be surprised if that's the right idea. 11/9*(3) 9/7 would be the force-a-hit play.

The quiet 8/2 6/4 looks playable. It preserves white's lack of timing, but it does allow her to move her blot around and otherwise build a strong board - since her anchors are advanced blue will probably be forced to leave a shot fairly soon (i.e. before white starts to crunch) and white's board is strong enough as it is.

I'll go with the "obvious" play. sending a fifth checker back should improve gammon chances and it is GG.

11/9*(2) 6/2
