What are parts 3, 4, ...?

If you mean in terms of possible interaction between King Shahryar and Aladdin, I don't know. But the king has plenty of gold checkers. The formula for "n" weighs is (3^n + 3) / 2. Thus (starting with 1 weigh) the number of checkers is 3, 6, 15, 42, 123, etc.
