I doubt Nack would post a quiz with no solution but I can't find one.

Never intentionally, anyway. I would feel terrible having wasted people's time. To avoid such a fiasco, I generally check the solution several times, including pipcounts, before posting.

Given that an inquiry arose, I rechecked this puzzle twice again, just now. A legitimate solution does exist.
