Three-point Mystery two non solutions. request for hint

My first non solution was

White 33: 24/18 13/7 Blue 65: 24/18*/13 White 15: b/24 18/13 Blue 55 13/3 (2)

But that has first roll as a double. I thought for a while and then came up with a fix. All I had to do was shift things around to avoid the 33 starting things. I was so happy.

Blue 55 13/3 13/3. White 33 24-18, 13-7. Blue 65 24/18*/13 White 15 b/24 18/13

And then when I was typing it up I saw it still has a double as opening roll. Oops.

Can you verify my suspiction that Black's rolls must be a 55 and 65? To get 31 pips that works and it seems unlikely that blue got a 66 with 7 other pips or got hit.
