The second solution is a bit weirder. Blue starts:

43, 24/21 13/9 (also in the other message, not 19 of course)

33, 24/15 13/10 (not playing for PR)

66, 21/15*/9 9/3(2)

21, B/24 15/13

The reasoning is the same ;-)
