Interesting, I immediatelly saw the high shift as a must to deny possibility of making a high anchor. Do you really see it as not a big problem? I would reject 24/22 13/12*/11* quickly.

I too see 24/22 as important.

I was thinking between 5/4*(2) 24/22 and 5/4*(2) 13/12*/11* and chose the second one as I think we have enough time to escape with only one prisoner at the edge and the gains from picking up 2 more are greater.
