13/7(2)-22/10.

A 4-pt prime is a valuable asset, and with the blot on 10-pt, blue aims towrad making the 4-pt.

But IMHO, this position depends a bit on score too, thus if it's a gammon-go game, then making the ace-pt might be the correct move. But in DMP, I am almost sure the 13/7(2)-22/10 is way better.
