The key is to realize that you do not need to hit a second checker to win. If you can close out one checker without White moving, you can cash (the gap on the ace and three is important. So play to increase your chances to hit loose inside and catch any checker fleeing outside. Start therefore with 15/13 6/4. Then 6/2 looks too artificial, 3/1*(2) too hurtful to our prime, so I end up playing 24/20 15/13 6/4.

With one more checker off, I'd play 15/13 6/4 6/2.
