I was referring to those little tricks in your v-th point. They improve PR without sacrificing MWC.

If you want an answer and not just an opinion, perhaps you should approach players directly. I have never seen anyone make a sacrificing MWC for PR play I was sure he made it only because his PR was tracked. I am not saying this doesn’t happen. It is sort of difficult to know what players are thinking.
