I have started playing at Backgammon Galaxy, and like Neil prefer the fact that it has time limits.

I was recently playing in a tournament where we were playing at GridGammon. My opponent seemed to try out multiple moves virtually every second move. He took ages. At one stage I considered getting a book to read while I waited. If it was live I would have asked for a clock to be used.

Backgammon Galaxy does have instant analysis but I still download the match file and do a more thorough analysis.
