I have been playing on this site for about a year and although it can be frustrating at times, I love it, despite some bugs or issues. One of the issues is at times the user may experience “freezing” requiring a hit on the refresh button which usually brings everything back to action. Unfortunately, this is often accompanied by your opponent’s clock running down when in actuality, it is your own clock losing time?!?. A tip...when your opponent is taking an extraordinary amount of time to move, go ahead and hit the refresh button. If nothing else, it may confirm that your opponent is actually having time issues.

Other issues include, once you start a match there is no way to stop for a break. Someone at the door, a family issue pops up, too bad. The show must go on.

Rating points are assigned only if the match winner also wins the PR battle. I really feel that winning should count for something. Despite the issues/drawbacks, this really is an addictive play site. There is an analysis feature that lets you see every move made in hindsight with accompanying PR data.
