This is also the negative side for intermediate players. When you win, you should get ratings points.

However, this is the scenario that can occur.

Better player wins and wins PR ~~> intermediate player loses rating points Better player loses and win PR ~~> intermediate player is not rewarded any points for the win.

And how often will it really occur that an intermediate player wins against a strong player and wins the PR as well?
