Oops. Mis-labeled the subject. So it goes.

I haven't looked at bot results yet, so what follows is not a spoiler. Although others may easily see the right move, it's vexing for me.

White is hoping to make a second anchor and turn this into a backgame, but her timing is quite poor at the moment. Whacking two will give her the timing she needs, although with six checkers stuck behind a four prime she may crunch anyway.

Not hitting (enter with the four and play the ace other than hitting on the GP) means that even if she manages to make a second anchor she'll lack the timing for a backgame. My initial thought was to enter and slot with bar/21 5/4 since this is the pure play, but with eleven in the zone she might just be able to contain my runner. Hitting two means I don't have to worry about that.

So, I'll go for the double hit. Only small doublets make a second anchor and it's bombs away at any blot.
