I would like to think I would notice if a guy never rolled a 2 a single time in a match.

No, you wouldn't notice that. You WOULD notice the absurd number of double 5's.

I'd think a better way to do this would be to rig ONE of the dice to have an extra 5. You'd get an advantage, but it might be less obvious.

Reason #189 for clocked play -- one set of dice.
