It will be good habbit to check existence for all numbers on opponent dices before match

This is probably not enough. An experienced cheater will change his dice during the match, maybe during a game also.

Clock and only one dice pair is the only way to deduct (not eliminate) the chance of getting cheated by rigged dice.

Good that this happened before MC, I'll change my habit before starting a match and after a break accordingly. If there are complaints I can always point on this incident.
