I think that is only a matter of the amount to win. I believe that a good dice mechanics can cheat without that you realize it unless you are very suspicious. And I can think about more subtle ways to cheat with the dice than having 5's on two sides. That is dead easy to prove once you are suspicios.

So there could be some cheaters, but I doubt that they will be caught often...
