A notebook or a desktop? Budget restrictions? With this additional info one can help more adequate

(desktop, no restriction: an Epyc dual cpu system with a dual EPYC 7xxx or so is *real* fast, but you need a 5 digit budget; notebook beyond 1K e.g. Lenovo Yoga 7 with AMD CPU, if you get a 7x4x)
