On another note, does anybody else think the state of play sites is incredibly sad?

Guess my expectations are too high, plus I've never volunteered to help run or develop one.

I play on galaxy, it's ok, I need to pay up since I use it, just to contribute. But their website is a bit sad and most of what they claim you pay for to upgrade seems like "hey we'll have it someday... coming soon" and I never see anything change. I want to switch because any site that cant coordinate using the same account between their web and their mobile app, wow... But, I should pay them, I've used it for free and had a lot of fun, it does have some nice features.

I've tried others. Each has pros and cons. But the overall state of online sites, at least for serious players, seems amazingly awful.

I guess I just liked the old gamesgrid site LOL! Something like that but with bot play ratings and instant analysis like galaxy. I tried joining them again under their other/new incarnation but in 12 years no answers to my multiple emails. I must have peed in someone's cornflakes way back when. But I'd probably prefer galaxy's features now anyway.
