I won't pretend to have a better feel for playing the worst move than you do. However, after 5/3 5/2*, as White I would worry about doubling, fanning and Blue making a five-point board next roll. (I leave this possibility as an exercise for the reader.)

I'll just humbly point out that 6/4 6/3 leaves almost as many shots and gives White 4 fewer fans. You can make the final decision.
