I'll try. I see 3 plays: running off the anchor 21/11, making the 2pt 8/2 6/2, and priming 13/7 13/9.

The race lead isn't very big right now, and the opponent's open 5pt and made 3pt mean that the 21pt anchor is very nice. I think they should be able to run around later without any trouble if things go well, and if things don't go well, that anchor is very nice to own.

Making the 2pt is very good. It makes it much more likely your opponent will dance now, and it makes attacking all that much stronger in the future as well. It does use the last builder from the 6pt which is bad, and breaks the 8pt which is bad, and it does suffer from not having many more builders near by to continue attacking, so it has drawbacks.

13/7 13/9 leaves more immediate shots. But, if missed, the prime should complete itself rather easily and the offensive checkers are more compact/solid than after making the 2pt.

I don't like the extra shots though. White is in trouble and hitting an indirect shot from the bar is just what they would like to be doing next turn. 8/2 6/2 leaves just 2 shots while 13/7 13/9 10. The 2pt is not too deep here, and despite the lack of follow-up builders, the attack certainly can succeed. As long as gammons count double, I like making the 2pt.
