It's what I said before. If you evaluate moves at different ply levels, you get wildly different results. The absolute equities change dramatically, and the rankings also change. I see that 13/7 10/8 didn't even make it to Jason's list of candidates, but I suspect that if you were to add it, it would do better than some of the candidates that are in his list.

It's important not to blindly trust bots, but to perform sanity checks to at least make sure that its recommendations are self-consistent. Even self-consistency isn't a guarantee of correctness, but inconsistency is certainly a sign that something is wrong.
