You're behind in the race and the opponent has two blots in her board, so leaving the blot on the 14pt is not really a liability. I'd play 10/5 8/4 here, though making the 9pt to try to block your opponent's checkers looks attractive too.

I feel like maybe you're trying to trick us by omitting a fourth candidate, but I'm not seeing it.
