I'm not sure what "time seems to be on our side" means. We're well behind in the pip count, so we don't want to get into a straight race if we can help it. That means preparing to attack the opponent's blots if she tries to run off the anchor. Making the 2pt does help with that, except that then the 3 is not good; 6/3 eliminates an attacker for the potential blot on our 4pt, and 13/10 makes the opponent's sixes extremely good. I would try 13/7 8/5, maximizing attackers if the opponent tries to run off the anchor. It does of course give the opponent a 3 to hit, but the opponent's board is partially crunched, so we're a favorite to re-enter if hit. If we're not hit, then we have good prospects of making our bar point, which will help hem in the opponent even more.
