Reducing accusations of rigged electronic dice

Have online dice ever been generated in either of the following ways:

1. A timing method. For example, if the actual time where the server is located when you click to roll is 14:05:1622 you get a 5-4; if the actual time is 14:05:1623 you get a 6-2; etc.

2. A location of your click method. For example, the "roll" icon is sub-divided into 1080 units, each of which relates to one of the 36 possible dice outcomes. The unit that you randomly happen to click on determines your dice roll.
