Well, 8/3* seems obvious. I think the choice is then between hitting twice with 3/1* or splitting with 24/22. (I don't like 13/11; if we're not going to hit twice then I'd rather arrange for one of my back checkers to be able to escape with a 6, and to cover the opponent's side of the board since she's a bit inflexible and might have to expose a blot.)

Hitting twice has obvious advantages, but it's hard to cover that blot if we're not hit. It's also more committal; leaving the blot on the 3pt gives us a combination of priming vig and blitzing vig. I'd try 24/22.
