AFAIK not. There is one website that claims to have provable dice, I read it a couple of weeks ago what/how they are doing, and IIRC it convinced me (the author itself stated that it is probably overkill) but I don't remember the details (or the website).

For other servers I assume they use some of the mill RNG. Due to the fact that rolls are only good/bad in a context IMHO the requirements for BG are pretty low, as long as you meet some basic properties.

For a BG program I don't see a point in cheating unless your game play is abysmal (some month ago Jürgen Schaeffer showed me a very old program, where I for the first time would bet that it cheats. Huge luck and abysmal play) but for servers? If there is no commercial interest involved, I don't see any reason but if money is involved I wouldn't bet blindly.

The main issue I see, is that the complainers are probably not able to understand a cryptograhic assured rolls.
