The Jacob Trice table for a 100 ELO skill difference has the better player at 61.7% in a 17 point match and 59.4% in a 11 point match.

If you know that one of A and B is 100 Elo better than the other and then know that they split an 11 pointer and a 17 pointer, the probability that the winner of the 17 pointer wins a rematch 17 pointer is 50.56%.
