I hate positions where I have not the slightest ideas. Sometimes on youtube when the Giants discuss it seems so easy and understandable and then if you are on your own you think: "Do I know anything at all?"

Having a running advantage I don't have to hit on the 9 and I have 3 blots already.

If I make the anchor on 20 there is no realy good 3 available. 5/2 looks terrible but at least leaves only 1 shot.

11/8,11/9* seems to me the only alternative but having 5 blots.

Looks like the choise between Cholera and Black Death. I chose Cholera (23/20,5/2)
